Job summary

The Center for NeuroPotential in Branford, CT is seeking an Associate-Licensed Clinician (LPCA or LMSW) for a part-time, fee-for-service role. No prior brain-based therapy experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, supervision, and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Ideal candidates will deepen trauma- and neurodivergence-focused practice, participate in weekly rounds, and document in an EHR. Flexible hybrid scheduling supports ongoing professional growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy (CT LMSW or LPCA).
  • Willingness to pursue EMDR or trauma-focused training if not already trained.
  • Ethical standards in psychotherapy are mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records and timely documentation preferred.
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork and adaptability to changing clinical demands.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight to clients in neurofeedback therapy.
  • Support therapeutic development through ongoing assessment and data-informed treatment planning.
  • Foster trusting, therapeutic relationships to promote engagement and outcomes.
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of neurofeedback effectiveness and adjust treatment protocols.

Compensation: This is a part‑time, non‑salaried, fee‑for‑service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 clinical hours weekly.

  • Support each client’s therapeutic development through individualized, ongoing assessment and data‑informed treatment planning
  • Foster consistent, therapeutic relationships that promote trust, engagement, and meaningful clinical outcomes
  • Participate in collaborative weekly Clinical Rounds, contributing clinical insights and refining treatment strategies in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Conduct comprehensive, periodic evaluations to assess neurofeedback effectiveness and inform adjustments to treatment protocols
  • Manage a targeted therapy caseload aligned with your clinical expertise and professional interests, allowing for depth of care and impactful therapeutic work

Compensation: $42 hourly
