Job summary

Lighthouse Neurofeedback & Behavioral Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a Pediatric Neurofeedback Therapist to deliver neurofeedback services to children and families. No prior neurofeedback experience is required; comprehensive training and clinical mentorship are provided in a supportive team.

Responsibilities include sessions, treatment planning collaboration, progress documentation, and ongoing skill development in neurofeedback protocols within a rapidly growing practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neurofeedback sessions under appropriate supervision
• Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and families
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Conduct and assist with qEEG assessments and data collection
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members regarding treatment planning and client care
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and families throughout treatment
• Participate actively in supervision, training, team meetings, and professional development
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture
• Continue developing competency in neurofeedback protocols and clinical applications
