Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, behavioral health, neuroscience, social work, nursing, occupational therapy, or related field.
• At least two years of patient-facing experience in behavioral health or related healthcare environment.
• Experience conducting patient consultations, interviews, assessments, or formal intakes.
• Knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, EEG fundamentals, and neurofeedback principles.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under provider direction and organizational policy.
• Comfort with learning new technologies and troubleshooting hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver provider-directed neurofeedback care including qEEG acquisition and brain mapping.
• Conduct patient consultations, education, and progress monitoring.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with supervising providers and care team to guide treatment.
