Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/CE/EE/Data Science/AI/Biomedical Engineering/Neuroscience).
• 1+ year of experience developing scientific software, data analysis pipelines, or scalable systems.
• Experience with Python (NumPy, SciPy, PyTorch).
• Experience with collaborative software engineering practices (Git, testing, CI/CD).
• Excellent oral communication and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance (Secret).

Responsibilities

• Develop computational pipelines, scalable analysis tools, and cloud environments for large neuroscience datasets.
• Build software infrastructure for cloud-scale storage, visualization, and petabyte-scale data analysis.
• Design, test, and optimize software for automated neuroscience data processing on cloud/HPC platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to publications and proposals.
