Qualifications

• Must hold a medical license in Nebraska or the state where the clinic is located.
• Must be credentialed through the Medical Staff Services of Southeast Health.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Provides clinical direction and helps establish patient care policies and service scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician leadership for all clinic services and systems.
• Maintain established patient care standards and protocols via quality management activities.
• Collaborate with hospital medical staff to determine outcome indicators for quality care.
• Work with the Clinic Administrator on planning scope of services, equipment, space, and policies.
• Maintain positive relations with medical staff and coordinate with physicians and companies.
