Job summary

Lesley University’s Threshold Program is seeking Community Coaches to provide individualized, in-home and community-based skills training to young adults with neurodiverse profiles in Cambridge, MA. Coaches support clients in developing independence, community participation, and daily living skills, with regular communication to families and professionals involved in the client’s support system.

This evergreen role requires on-site availability in Cambridge; bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals or in related support, education, human services, or community-based settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in supporting client needs.
