Job summary

Main Line Health Paoli Hospital is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. The role involves performing various neurodiagnostic procedures independently, with 16 hours per month and a holiday on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year recent experience or on the job training in a Clinical Neurophysiology program.
• ABRET registration/certification planned to be obtained within one year.
• Associate degree preferred in Clinical Neurophysiology technology.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; knowledge of digital technology/computers.

Neurodiagnostic Technologist

Shift

Per Diem: 16hr/month with holiday on-call rotation

Experience

Minimum one year recent experience or on the job training at an accredited Clinical Neurophysiology program with routine digital EEG, Sleep EEG, Evoked Potential and Polysomnography preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited program for Clinical Neurophysiology technology. Associate degree preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform job duties required. Knowledge of digital technology/computer skills required

Licensures/Certifications

Successful completion of the American Board of Registered Electroencephalographic Technologists (ABRET) Certification, to obtain the registered Electroencephalographic technologist (R. EEG T.) credential, is required within one year of employment
