Job summary

Main Line Health Paoli Hospital is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform a range of neurodiagnostic procedures independently in a clinical setting.

The position requires graduation from an accredited Clinical Neurophysiology program, an ABRET certification within one year, CPR, and English proficiency; experience with digital EEG, Sleep EEG, Evoked Potentials and Polysomnography is preferred. This is a per diem role (16 hours/month) with holiday on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Clinical Neurophysiology technology.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform job duties.
• Knowledge of digital technology and computer skills required.
• ABRET Certification (R. EEG T.) to obtain within one year of employment.

Position:

Neurodiagnostic Technologist

Shift:

Experience:

Minimum one year recent experience or on the job training at an accredited Clinical Neurophysiology program with routine digital EEG, Sleep EEG, Evoked Potential and Polysomnography preferred

Education:

Graduate of an accredited program for Clinical Neurophysiology technology. Associate degree preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform job duties required. Knowledge of digital technology/computer skills required

Licensures/Certifications:

Successful completion of the American Board of Registered Electroencephalographic Technologists (ABRET) Certification, to obtain the registered Electroencephalographic technologist (R. EEG T.) credential, is required within one year of employment

CPR Required
