Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Neurodiagnostic Technologist Level I to perform standard and complex neurodiagnostic procedures under moderate supervision. You will place electrodes, conduct EEGs including Video EEG, and evoke potentials while documenting and billing accordingly.

You will support patient safety during seizures, collaborate with physicians and staff, and contribute to ongoing education and department protocols in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed; ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Working knowledge of computer applications and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard Neurodiagnostic procedures with moderate supervision as directed.
• Place electrodes and perform EEGs, Video EEGs, and Evoked Potentials per protocols.
• Document studies, enter billing information, and maintain electronic logs.
• Support seizure events, patient care, and collaboration with team members.
