Job summary

Holyoke Medical Center is seeking a Neuro Diagnostic Technician to perform a wide range of neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, nerve conduction studies and evoked potentials for in- and outpatients across all ages. Work is day shift, full-time, on-site in Holyoke, MA, with a compensation range that rewards experience and skills.

The role requires a graduate EEG technology program, at least two years EEG experience, and CPR/REEGT certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate EEG tech program or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years EEG experience; Evoked Potential and NCS training.
• EP/NCS registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro neurodiagnostic studies on in-patient and out-patient populations.
• Provide age-specific care to patients.
• Provide preliminary results to medical personnel upon request.
• Maintain equipment and recording area.
• Demonstrate productive behaviors impacting lab quality.
• Clip ambulatory EEG records promptly.
• Follow departmental and ASET guidelines on tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
