Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL seeks a Neurodiagnostic Clinical Educator to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education programs supporting neurodiagnostic services. This role oversees onboarding, competency validation, continuing education, clinical skills training, and professional development to foster clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology program or equivalent education.
Minimum of three (3) years as a Neurodiagnostic Technologist.
Prior experience in clinical education, precepting, or leadership preferred.
Experience in curriculum development, competency management, and/or workforce development preferred.
Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identifies and corrects artifacts.
Edits and forwards results to attending physician for analysis and interpretation.
Attaches and connects electrodes on the head and EEG machine.
Performs prescribed testing.
Performs long-term video EEG monitoring on patients, using the International 10-20 system.
Reviews patient history and educates patient about procedures.
Monitors and documents patient conditions and responds to seizures.
Performs data retrieval and reduction for EEG recordings for physician review.
