• Bachelor’s degree in related science is required or equivalent research experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process human, piglet, and mouse brain samples and assist with protocol optimization.
• Perform immunohistochemistry, confocal microscopy imaging, and stereological analysis of samples.
• Support qualitative studies operations including participant recruitment, sample collection, and data updates.
• Test antibodies and run immunostaining experiments.
• Quantify data and perform image processing.
• Maintain inventory of brain bank samples.
• Coordinate daily study activities for a qualitative arm of a CIRM-funded project.
