Qualifications

• College background in biological science and 1+ year of lab experience in molecular biology or biochemistry.
• Bachelor’s degree in biological science strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of research experience preferred.
• Experience with protein biochemistry and nucleic acid techniques advantageous.
• Experience with imaging, robotics, liquid-handling automation or microfluidics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for new diagnostic technologies and biomarker assays.
• Order supplies and perform lab maintenance under supervision.
• Present data and conclusions at Wyss Institute meetings.
