Zusammenfassung

BethIsrael Lahey Health seeks an experienced Critical Care Nurse for the Neurosciences Critical Care Unit (NCCU) in Boston. The role requires delivering state-of-the-art neurocritical care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered, evidence-based practice.

The NCCU features 9 ICU beds with a 4-week day/night rotation, weekend requirements, and self-scheduling. A sign-on bonus is eligible, parking is free onsite, and growth opportunities in a dynamic neuroscience

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• ACLS certification is required for Emergency Department/Critical Care settings.

• Provide safe patient care with organized delivery of quality care.
• Develop a culturally competent plan of care addressing patient problems.
• Perform systematic patient and family assessments relevant to practice.
• Deliver care appropriate to the patient’s age group.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adapt plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about illness and treatment.
• Support team collaboration and professional relationships.
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness.
