Lahey Clinic is seeking an Experienced Critical Care Nurse for the Neuro Sciences ICU with a 36-hour weekly schedule and day/night rotation. The NCCU unit combines high-level neurocritical care with a patient-centered approach and ongoing education.

Applicants should be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing, hold Massachusetts RN licensure, and have BLS; ACLS is preferred for ED/CCU responsibilities and experience in critical care is valued. A sign-on bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• ACLS certification from American Heart Association preferred for ED/CCU.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for Neurosciences ICU patients, including neurocritical conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Educate patients and families, and participate in family-centered care.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities.
