Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Omaha seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize growth and launch a potential first-in-class Tourette treatment, engaging healthcare providers and key stakeholders with compliant, patient-focused solutions.

As a founding member of a new sales organization, you will shape market adoption, drive territory strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Based in Omaha, travel is required to support strategic objectives and ensure Teva-first execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience with complex healthcare accounts & multiple stakeholders.
• New product launch experience in pharma is a plus.
• Based in or near Omaha; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet needs and drive sales targets.
• Review sales data to create effective territory plans and manage budgets.
• Maintain competitive edge and foster collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
• Maintain call average with top target customers.
• Adhere to Teva compliance policies and achieve sales goals.
• Travel as required.
