Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals, a leader in biopharmaceuticals, seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive growth in a defined territory, focusing on launching a potential first-in-class treatment for Tourette Syndrome and building relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to Teva’s compliance policies, with travel across the defined geography and a path toward leadership in a new sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders within Centers of Excellence, large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and multidisciplinary specialty practices.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders to support patient initiation, adherence, and continuity of therapy.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide education.
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts, tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive sales targets.
• Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and allocate promotional funds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales execution and meet objectives.
• Maintain required call averages with healthcare providers and manage geographic responsibilities.
