Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize sales growth in a defined Tulsa territory. The role involves physician detailing, product education, and building trusted provider relationships to drive adoption of a potential first-in-class Tourette syndrome treatment.

The candidate will lead territory planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and navigate reimbursement considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred.
• Background in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric or rare disease areas is a plus.
• New product launch experience in specialty pharma or complex disease states.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses and staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Grow relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
