Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business‑to‑business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional teams, cross‑functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Analyze sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute cohesive sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Maintain the call average with top target customers and ensure timely administrative duties.
