Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive market adoption of a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment. As a founding member of a new sales organization, you will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders while shaping strategic territory plans and delivering high-impact execution.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration, educational demonstrations, and alignment with reimbursement partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies and reimbursement partners.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience in specialty pharma or complex disease markets.
• Senior/Executive level depending on years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
• Strategically manage relationships with key accounts to meet sales targets.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and allocate budget funds.
• Address market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise for cohesive execution.
• Maintain call averages with top target customers.
• Take calculated risks to improve regional performance.
• Adhere to Teva compliance policies.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for territory assignment.
