Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking an LPN for night shifts (3x12s) with a time from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The role supports a 595-bed acute-care facility offering a broad range of services in Birmingham, Alabama.

The LPN provides and documents individualized patient care, including assessment, education, medication administration and IV therapy, under the supervision of the RN or provider. Training and benefits are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document individualized patient care, including evaluation, education, medication administration, IV therapy and safety.
• Communicate patient status to RN and healthcare team.
• Assist RN or provider during examinations and procedures.
• Triage patients and determine next steps in care with nursing team guidance.
• Maintain a safe, caring environment and keep policies up to date.
