Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and coordination within the health team.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan an individualized care plan with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating and delegating to the care team.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust the plan as needed.
• Promote nursing professionalism and comply with regulatory standards.
