Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (and transfer of compact licenses within 60 days where applicable).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan individualized care using assessment data and involve patient/family in education and planning.
• Implement care by coordinating with interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify the plan as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, comply with regulations, and document accurately.
