Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN is preferred; required by 4/27/2025 update.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with active involvement of patient, family, and team.
• Implement care by directing the interdisciplinary team, managing time and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism and adhere to legal/ethical standards and documentation.
