Scripps Memorial La Jolla seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the NST ICU in the San Diego area. You will join a Magnet Hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center, delivering neuro-surgical trauma care in a 30-bed unit with a dedicated care team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of adult ICU experience, CA RN license, BLS and ACLS, and strong English communication. We offer a competitive night-shift schedule with incentives for new hires and relocation up to $7K.

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
One year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU.
California Registered Nurse License.
Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.

Responsabilités

Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision.
Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
