Qualifications

• One year of adult ICU experience.
• Commitment to elevating professional practice and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Education and hands-on training opportunities with mentors and preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice.
• Assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress toward expected outcomes.
• The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
