Qualifications
- Associate Of Arts in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- One year recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice, upon hire.
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire.
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire.
- Bachelors Of Science in nursing from an accredited school of nursing., upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine physical/psychosocial assessment to collect basic data.
- Formulates a plan of care for individual needs.
- Adapts educational programs to individual patients and family.
- Ensures efficiency in the delivery of care and determines immediate priorities.
- Makes independent clinical decisions based on education and experience.
- Actively advocates for patient rights and resolves conflicts.
