Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Surgical Trauma SDU team at our Level II Trauma Center. This role offers the opportunity to care for high-acuity neurological patients in a modern, 17-bed unit with advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Idaho or multistate RN license; Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable.
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the 17-bed SDU for neuro surgical trauma patients.
• Care for post-operative neurologic patients, brain injuries, spinal injuries, seizures, and strokes.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in a Level II Trauma Center.

Education

Idaho RN license (or multi-state)

BLS certification
