Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Neuro Surgical Trauma SDU team at our Level II Trauma Center. The role is based at our Regional Medical Center near I-184 and Curtis Rd.

You will care for high-acuity neurological patients in a state-of-the-art unit, delivering postoperative care for brain and spinal injuries, and collaborating with a dedicated team to uphold patient-centered care and safety.

Qualifications

• Idaho or multistate RN license is required.
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level II Trauma Center providing care for high-acuity neurological patients.
• Deliver postoperative nursing care for patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, seizures, and strokes.
• Operate in a 17-bed SDU utilizing advanced clinical skills to assess, stabilize, and monitor patients.
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking team to support patient‑centered care and continuous professional growth.
