Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Staff Nurse - B (RN) for the Neuro/Stroke Progressive Care Department at University Hospital. This role manages and coordinates nursing care for patients and families and supervises staff to ensure high-quality care in a fast-paced academic medical center.

The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in line with the professional practice model, with rotating shifts and regular hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN-accredited program.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate nursing care in alignment with the professional practice model.
• Direct and supervise nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team.
