Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2-5 years of nursing leadership experience; 5-10 years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff, monitor staffing levels and payroll, develop action plans based on audits and patient outcomes.
• Handle service recovery, ensure regulatory readiness through audits and training.
• Coordinate staff communications, meetings and ensure safety and competency standards.
