Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity ICU Step Down unit, delivering specialized care to neurological, medical, and surgical patients transitioning from ICU. You will work full-time nights (36 hours per week) and collaborate with a coordinated care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred, ADN acceptable).
• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered RN care in a high-acuity ICU Step Down for neuro, medical, and surgical patients transitioning from ICU.
• Collaborate with the stroke center team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and smooth care transitions.
