Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient health status and care needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per policy.
• Participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate care within a 24/7 Neuro Spine unit.
