Job summary

Corewell Health within Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking aCare Team member for the 3H Neuroscience/Spine unit. Under RN/provider supervision, you will perform basic patient care duties and support stroke and neurological condition management.

Responsibilities include vitals, wound care, ambulation, documentation, and safety support, with BLS required within 90 days. Join a team focused on high-quality, compassionate inpatient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Work Equivalent is required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and report physiological observations to the RN.
• Check blood sugars and assist with routine patient care tasks.
• Perform bed baths and assist with patient ambulation.
• Provide wound care and catheterization as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and observations.
