Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a dedicated RN for the 3H Neuroscience/Spine unit at Blodgett Hospital, delivering high-quality nursing care during the night shift. This full-time role offers a 36-hour weekly schedule with every third weekend, and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

The unit cares for stroke and neurological conditions, post-operative spine patients, wounds and drains, using ANA-guided nursing processes.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably following ANA standards.
• Demonstrates competency through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Upholds ethical practice, culturally congruent care, communication, collaboration and professional development.
