Job summary

The Charge Nurse Neuro Spine is a full-time night-shift leadership role on Baptist Health's Neuroscience unit in Kentucky. You will coordinate patient care on designated shifts, guiding staff and ensuring adherence to the nursing process and patient outcomes.

As an RN with Kentucky licensure, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in governance councils to promote quality care and professional development.

Qualifications

Active Kentucky RN license required.
