Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse Neuro Spine to join our neuroscience unit. This part-time night shift role focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients with neurological and surgical spine conditions.

You will work within a 24-bed unit, collaborate with Neuroscience Coordinators, and participate in governance to promote best practices. An Associate's degree in nursing and Kentucky RN license are required, along with BCLS and ACLS. New graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in nursing.
Active Kentucky RN License.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to neuro spine patients in alignment with state laws and hospital policies.
Promote positive patient outcomes and collaborative practice within the Neuroscience unit.
Participate in unit-based and hospital governance councils to drive practice improvements.
