Job summary

The Baptist Health Neuro Spine unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological and spine conditions. You will work days in a 24-bed neuroscience unit, collaborating with Neuroscience Coordinators and participating in unit-based governance to improve outcomes.

You will hold an ADN, an active Kentucky RN license, and BCLS/ACLS certifications. This full-time role supports clinical excellence and teamwork within our growing health system.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in neuroscience or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in alignment with Kentucky Nursing Laws and organizational policies.
• Promote positive patient outcomes and contribute to quality of care.
• Participate in unit-based and hospital shared governance councils to drive change.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams.
