Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary neuro team. The role focuses on assessments, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions for patients with neurological impairments, with mentorship and educational opportunities.

This position supports patient-centered care in an outpatient-like environment and requires strong collaboration with physicians, nurses, and therapists

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy is required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CCC-SLP or CCC-A preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about speech and language disorders, and provide strategies for improving communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
