Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver 1:1 neuro home and community therapy in Maine. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes as patients regain communication and functional skills.

Responsibilities include neuro evaluations, treatment planning, progress reassessment, and collaboration with families and care teams to support stroke, TBI, and neurodegenerative

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in applicable state(s).
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop SLP treatment plans for patients with neuro-related disorders.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans; attend meetings and conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
