Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with at least 3 years of nursing experience and a proven ability to supervise, communicate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced health system environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation with written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of duties.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Understanding of acuity levels for the patient population.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; BSN required for external candidates.
