Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Direct Support Professionals for our residential program in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies, and transportation to appointments and activities.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver’s license with responsible driving habits. Ability to lift 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreation, and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving/escorting to appointments and activities.
• Work with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
