Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to support adults with brain injury in residential programs located in West Chester, Malvern, and Paoli. The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies, and accompanying clients to appointments.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with at least 21 years of age, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. requirements; documentation is required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
• Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing and feeding), therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
