Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts in Greensburg and Irwin, PA. You will provide minimum to maximum assistance and supervision to help clients with daily living, recreation, and vocational pursuits in a residential setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, and a valid driver’s license; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include evaluation that the program is equivalent to U.S. requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, therapies, and driving; accompany to appointments and activities.
• Support clients in daily living tasks and recreational/vocational activities.
• Provide supervision and ensure safety in residential programs.
