Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Direct Support Professionals for our residential program in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. This role provides minimum to maximum assistance, helping clients with daily living, therapies, and outings, including driving them to appointments and activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus in some cases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Diplomas from non-U.S. institutions must include evaluation showing equivalence or higher to U.S. requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene.
• Support therapies and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Work with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients in a residential setting.
