Job summary

Advocate Health's Neuro Rehabilitation Unit in Charlotte is seeking a skilled RN to deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care for individuals recovering from neurologic injuries. You will apply the nursing process to ensure safe, evidence-based care and patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and 3–5 years of acute care or Med-Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and valid RN license in the practicing state.
• 3–5 years of RN experience; acute care/Med-Surg preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient safety and deliver evidence-based care on the neuro unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support recovery.
