Job summary

Atrium Health's Neuro Rehabilitation Unit in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for daytime shifts to deliver safe, patient-centered care on a 24-bed unit specializing in stroke, brain injury, and neurologic recovery. You will coordinate care using the nursing process with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, NC RN license, BLS certification, and 3–5 years of RN experience; acute care or Med Surg background preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where practicing.
• 3-5 years of RN experience.
• Acute care and/or Med Surg experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and strong communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
