Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Lawrenceville, GA. You will assist in implementing patient treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, document progress, and help coordinate adaptive equipment and home-based therapy sessions.

Ideal candidates have an unrestricted PTA license, BLS/CPR certification, and at least one year of PTA experience with neurological rehab.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides PTA services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT.
• Confers with PT regarding treatment plan and patient progress.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation as required.
• Assists with equipment cleaning and maintenance and adaptive equipment use.
• Communicates patient needs to PT and supports in treatment adjustments.
