Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver therapy under a licensed PT. You’ll collaborate on treatment plans, document progress, and help with equipment and patient communication to improve functional outcomes.

This role emphasizes neuro rehabilitation expertise, adherence to regulations, and ongoing professional development in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification per state regulations.
• At least 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neuro conditions.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified PT.
• Confers with PT regarding patient’s plan, progress and concerns.
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of equipment and areas.
• Reports equipment problems to ensure good working order.
• Communicates patient needs to the PT and supports adaptive equipment use.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
• Adheres to HIPAA, code of conduct and applicable laws.
• Attends staff development programs and pursues continuing education.
