BrightSpring Health Services in the Greater Sacramento region is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings.

You will evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments, collaborate with families and care teams, and help clients regain independence in real-life activities.

New grads welcome; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in applicable state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injuries

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Regularly re‑assess treatment effectiveness and participate in staff/client conferences
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes
